• 08/12/2008 Determinations under the Textile and Apparel Commercial Availability Provision of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR Agreement):
  Approval of Eight Requests from the Government of the Dominican Republic.
• 08/15/2008 Amendment to the CAFTA-DR rules of origin will become effective on August 15, 2008. USTR has published a Federal Register with guidelines. A summary of the 'Amendment to CAFTA-DR' as referenced in the FR can be found here. The CAFTA-DR Cumulation Provision will become effective on August 15, 2008. Terms of the provision are found on page 137 of the Annex 4.1 of the CAFTA-DR text.
