Note: The textile and apparel rules should be read in conjunction with
Annex 300-B (Textile and Apparel Goods). For purposes of
these rules, the term "wholly" means that the good is made
entirely or solely of the named material.
Chapter 50 Silk
50.01-50.03 A change to heading 50.01 through 50.03 from any other
chapter.
50.04-50.06 A change to heading 50.04 through 50.06 from any heading
outside that group.
50.07 A change to heading 50.07 from any other heading.
Chapter 51 Wool, Fine or Coarse Animal Hair; Horsehair Yarn and Woven
Fabric
51.01-51.05 A change to heading 51.01 through 51.05 from any other
chapter.
51.06-51.10 A change to heading 51.06 through 51.10 from any heading
outside that group.
51.11-51.13 A change to heading 51.11 through 51.13 from any heading

Chapter 52 Cotton

Note: For purposes of determining the origin of a good of this Chapter,
the rule applicable to that good shall only apply to the
component that determines the tariff classification of the good
and such component must satisfy the tariff change requirements
set out in the rule for that good.

chapter, except from heading 51.06 through 51.13, 52.04 through
52.12, 53.07 through 53.08 or 53.10 through 53.11, Chapter 54

sewn or otherwise assembled in the territory of one or more of
the Parties.
